Risk-AI®, LLC was registered in January of 2008 and started operations in July of 2008. The company started as hedge fund risk management services provider for fund of hedge funds and family offices.

Prior to joining Risk-AI, LLC Aleksey was a Vice President in Risk Management & Quantitative Research team at Ivy Asset Management - a leading U.S. Fund of Hedge Funds.
At Ivy Aleksey played an integral role in developing state of the art risk management infrastructure and processes
Prior to joining Ivy Asset Management, Aleksey was a senior developer at JPMorgan’s proprietary trading business.
Aleksey has an MBA in Finance and Statistics from Leonard N. Stern School of Business. Aleksey is a certified financial risk manager (FRM) by Global Association of Risk Professionals and he is also a CFA and CAIA charter holder.

Aleksandr has more than fourteen years of experience in Information Technology field.
At Risk-AI, LLC Aleksandr holds the position of Partner and Chief Operations Officer.
Prior to joining Risk-AI, LLC Aleksandr was the President and CEO of NYDesigner.com as well as a Senior Network Engineer at Tristate Inc.
Aleksandr has developed many online and network applications utilizing the latest technologies (including but not limited to: ASP.NET, Adobe Creative Studio, SQL Databases, etc.). While working for Tristate Inc., Aleksandr has developed a complete ASP.NET, database driven Intranet portal site for the Enterprise Networks Management Information Systems.
Aleksandr holds a BBA degree in Computer Information Systems from Bernard Baruch College. Aleksandr is also a Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer + Internet and Citrix Certified Administrator.

Olesya joined the Risk-AI team as a Junior Analyst with a broad range of skills and deep knowledge of all aspects of financial analysis.
Prior to working at Risk-AI, she held a position of a Junior Investment Advisor which provided her with a strong knowledge of personal financial planning and business operations.
Olesya is well prepared for her position at Risk-AI given her excellent quantitative and analytical skills that she developed over her professional and academic careers.
Having attained a Bachelor’s degree from Illinois State University, she currently pursues an MBA degree in Investment Management and Public Accounting at Lubin School of Business, Pace University.
To complement her excellent academic standing, Olesya is very active at school and serves as the President of the Lubin Graduate Society, a graduate student body of Lubin School of Business, and the Alpha Rho Chapter of Omicron Delta Epsilon – The International Honor Society in Economics.

Wenhao Fan had worked as client financial manager in Hua Xia Bank,a nation-wide bank in China, Corporate Banking Department. His duty as client financial manager included financial advising, risk management and business development. His clients included Shanghai Security Exchange listed corporations and local start-up companies. He also had worked as associate president in Kunming Zijun Investment,LLC, in charge of financial analysis and investor relationship management.
Wenhao holds a master degree in Finance-Investment Management from Lubin Business School of Pace University. He also holds a bachelor of engineering degree from Dalian University of Technology. His engineering and finance background enhance his already strong quantitative research abilities.
Wenhao is a CFA(Charted Financial Analyst)level III candidate and a FRM (Certified Financial Risk Manager) candidate.

Cindy worked as assistant to Managing Director of JMP Securities, Investment Banking Department, advising companies in Healthcare, Clean Tec, TMT and Consumer sectors in public equity financings, private placement transactions, mergers and acquisitions and convertible securities.
She was also responsible for all aspects of deal execution and heavily involved with business development. Prior to JMP Securities, Cindy was an analyst in Overseas Investment Department, Pacific Asset Management. She assisted QDII portfolio manager to design tactical investment scenarios in Hong Kong market, recommended stocks with attractive valuation and looked into diverse market risk factors.
Cindy holds a Bachelor's Degree in Economics from Fudan University and majored in Actuarial Science.
Cindy also holds Master's Degree in Investment Management from Pace University.
